Create a Spec Ad: You need a portfolio piece. Create a sample UGC ad for a popular brand in that niche (e.g., a 60-second demo of a feature in the Notion app). This proves you can do the work. 3. The Targeted Pitch: Find marketing managers at these companies on LinkedIn.
