Killer pitch email template, how to build a pitch list + 7 new UGC job posts
📧 UGC Community #82 | December 2, 2025
The hardest part of being a UGC creator isn't filming or editing. It's the hunt.
You spend hours scrolling, wondering which brands are actually hiring and which ones will just ignore your email. You send out dozens of pitches, only to hear nothing back. It feels like shouting into the void.
But what if you could skip the guessing game?
There is a simple way to build a list of "warm" leads—brands that are actively spending money on creators right now. And once you find them, we have the exact 3-step pitch framework to turn them into clients.
LOOKING FOR UGC JOBS?
Don’t get SaaD. Get Rippling.
Remember when software made business simpler?
Today, the average company runs 100+ apps—each with its own logins, data, and headaches. HR can’t find employee info. IT fights security blind spots. Finance reconciles numbers instead of planning growth.
Our State of Software Sprawl report reveals the true cost of “Software as a Disservice” (SaaD)—and how much time, money, and sanity it’s draining from your teams.
The future of work is unified. Don’t get SaaD. Get Rippling.
[THE DEEP DIVE] How to Find "Ready-to-Buy" Brands & The Perfect Pitch
Part 1: The "Reverse-Engineer" Hack
Stop pitching brands cold. Instead, look for brands that have already proven they are willing to pay for UGC.
The Strategy:
Open Instagram, TikTok, or X.
Search for "UGC" or #UGCcreator.
Click on the profiles of the creators you find.
Look at their tagged posts and portfolio highlights.
Why it works: When you see a creator tag a brand in a professional-looking video, that is a green light. It tells you that this brand already understands the value of UGC and has a budget for it. They are "warm" leads. Make a list of these brands—they are your target for this week.
Part 2: The "Partnership" Pitch Framework
Now that you have your list, do not send a generic "Hi, I'm a UGC creator, here is my portfolio" email. That screams "employee looking for a boss."
You want to sound like a partner.
Here is the 3-step breakdown of a winning pitch:
1. The Introduction: Authority Over Identity Don't lead with "I am a UGC creator." They know that; you emailed them. Lead with why they should care.
Bad: "Hi, I'm Sarah and I make UGC videos."
Good: "Hi [Name], I've been following [Brand] and saw you're pushing hard on TikTok. I specialize in creating direct-response videos that lower CPA, and I think I can help you scale your current ads."
2. The Meat: Research + 3 Specific Ideas This is the secret sauce. Prove you get their brand by doing the creative work before they hire you.
The Pitch: "I genuinely use your [Product] (I love the [specific feature]), and I noticed you haven't tested many POV-style ads yet. Here are 3 concepts I’d love to produce for you:
Concept 1: A 'GRWM' showing how the product fits into a busy morning routine.
Concept 2: A 'Problem/Solution' hook focusing on [specific pain point].
Concept 3: A fast-paced aesthetic testimonial for Instagram Reels."
3. The CTA: Simple & Low Friction Don't ask "Are you interested?" Give them a concrete next step.
The Close: "I'd love to execute these for you. Let's do a 3-video package to hit all these angles, or we can start with 1 video to test the waters. Let me know what you think!"
Can you scale without chaos?
It's peak season, so volume's about to spike. Most teams either hire temps (expensive) or burn out their people (worse). See what smarter teams do: let AI handle predictable volume so your humans stay great.
[PRO TIP OF THE WEEK]
Batch your research. Spend one hour on Sunday doing nothing but the "Reverse-Engineer" hack. Build a spreadsheet of 20 brands that other creators are working with. Then, during the week, spend your time crafting those specific 3-idea pitches. Separating the "hunting" from the "writing" will double your productivity.
